Jennifer joined Koenig & Strey GMAC in 2003, following a career in management at a successful residential rental company in Lakeview. Her background in real estate and marketing allows her to recognize the importance of customer service, as well as prioritizing her clients’ needs.
Specializing in rentals, Jennifer uses her knowledge of the market when working with developers and landlords. She has established herself as a leader in the rental industry by giving clients the security and trust they need. With ample experience in the Chicagoland area, Jennifer typically focuses on the listing side of high-end rentals, but also works with developers on purchasing land and multi-unit properties.
In addition to real estate, Jennifer is an avid fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and ran the past 6 Chicago marathons as a Hero. She resides in Lakeview with her golden retriever, and is a huge Cubs fan.
